Vermicelli Garden Minestrone
Ingredients
150g Panzani Vermicelli
125 g cooked green beans
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 small courgette
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
125 g sliced mushrooms
50g Panzani tomato purée
400g tinned tomatoes
750ml vegetable stock
2 tablespoons Al Wazir Olive Oil
1 tablespoon basil and oregano
Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Brown the onion and the garlic in the olive oil until they begin to turn golden.
- Add the mushrooms, the herbs, the salt and pepper and stir.
- Then add all the remaining ingredients except the Vermicelli.
- Stir and cook over a low heat for about 45 minutes.
- Add the Vermicelli and cook for 3 minutes.
